[New stuff] LightUp – finally, something for the kids

Who said that programming is only for adults? Are you a coding daddy or maker mama? Are you searching for the perfect gift for your young inventor? Well we have the answer for you!

codebender featuring LightUp and its LightUp Tesla kit.

Made by an engineer and a teacher from Stanford, successfully funded on Kickstarter, now it’s becoming available for everyone, just in time for the holidays!

The LightUp Tesla kit works with an Arduino-based micro controller and is perfect for the young inventors ready to build their first projects, combining electronics with code, while snapping together magnetic circuit blocks.

The LightUp Tesla kit also comes along with an iOS app that helps kids learn how to code a burglar alarm or a musical instrument and learn general concepts interactively.

We are excited to have LightUp on board and we can’t wait to see what kids will do with it!
